Description: In this session, we will explore the fundamentals of meditation and dive into various techniques that will allow you to begin practicing effectively. We will learn how to train our minds to find inner peace and manage stress. Additionally, we will explore how meditation can enhance our concentration, promote mental clarity, and foster an overall sense of well-being. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have some experience, this course will provide a welcoming and supportive environment for you to explore and deepen your practice. Our highly trained instructor will be there to guide you every step of the way and answer all your questions. At the end of the session, you can enjoy a delightful 2-course meal at the Blu restaurant.
